Parallel tests enable you to track how learners have progressed during the year and how impactful your interventions have been. You can test again at any point during your school year as you start preparing them for their future examinations:
- Reports in Boost Insights visualise your test results to help you determine what each learner needs and see their progress over time.
- For students who might benefit from using Shine Interventions, you can track their progress during the intervention period.
More effective lesson planning
The standardisation and enhanced reporting help you plan your lessons and allocate resources:
- Strand analysis will show what areas your class is strong in and where they need to improve. For example, if a class struggles to infer meaning from texts, you will know to spend more time and resources on this area.
- Identify which learners need individualised support. The benchmarking and standardised scores will help you find learners performing below expected levels to enable you to deliver impactful, individualised support.
