A Quick and Reliable Intelligence Screener
The RIST-2 NU is a screening measure of general intelligence ideal for determining the need for a more comprehensive assessment of intelligence and useful in clinical and school practice settings when a global estimate of intelligence will suffice. Now with an updated normative sample based on 2023 U.S. Census data, the RIST-2 NU applies to a larger, more representative population.
Digital scoring required
All RIST-2 NU administrations must be scored using PARiConnect. Hand scoring is not supported.
Features and benefits
• An updated normative sample of 2,793 cases based on 2023 U.S. Census data that consists of new concurrent measures (WISC-V, WAIS-5) and updated test-retest cases.
• Composed of Guess What (GWH) and Odd-Item Out (OIO) subtests and designed to produce a single composite score that provides a valid estimate of g and an indicator of risk for intellectual impairment.
