Shipping And Handling
UK orders are shipped free of charge. Other orders will be charged shipping based on weight by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcelforce depending on choice (availability restricted by location).
Orders under £100 have a small order charge of £7 levied to cover packing.
If possible please provide a delivery address where goods can be signed for during the working day. If goods are returned to us because there was no one to sign for them or they were not collected we will charge for delivery and return costs.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 8 days.
Where goods are out of stock and cannot be delivered within 15 days of order you will be advised by E-mail and your agreement obtained for another time for delivery.
