The ADOS-2 Training Video Program (LMS-605) is a self-paced digital course that provides training on all five ADOS-2 modules of the ADOS-2. The program includes a digital guidebook, 16 practice videos and training protocol booklets. Learners will have access to the course for several years, or until a new revision is published.

WPS does not offer any certification per se for the ADOS-2, however, clinical workshops and video-based training are available to help people learn how to use the assessment. If you wish to receive a certificate of completion of training for your own records, you must purchase a further programme (LMS-605CE), available for separate purchase from Ann Arbor Publishers on demand and priced at £399.00. The Independent Study: ADOS-2 Training Video Program (LMS-605CE) serves as an assessment of knowledge gained from the LMS-605. Therefore, LMS-605 is the actual training itself, while LMS-605CE is the post-test. Proof of purchase of LMS-605 must be provided before LMS-605CE can be obtained. On purchase, the customer will receive a license key, which they will use to complete registration for the course on the WPS Professional Learning Center (ProLearn). Anyone who purchases will have 3 attempts to pass the post-test with a 75% or higher. On passing the post-test, the customer will receive an email notification that their certificate is available. Certificates can be downloaded directly from their ProLearn account.
Regarding accreditation for training, please note that WPS Training Video Programs are only accredited by US organisations such as APA or AOTA. Therefore, CPD (USA- CE) credits associated with the training are not applicable to customers in the UK.
LMS-605: Programme Content
The training videos for Modules 1-4 are about 8 hours of running time. The learner first watches four case examples that are accompanied by a voiceover from Dr. Catherine Lord. The learner then watches the same four case examples in real time, completing a protocol during the viewing and the coding/algorithm after the viewing. Next, the learner watches two additional case examples, completing the protocol and coding/algorithm. Each individual case example is about 45 minutes of running time.
The videos for the Toddler Module are about 3-4 hours of running time. They contain four full case examples and one additional clip. Two of the case examples are designed to be watched more than once. Each of the individual full case examples is about 45 minutes of running time.
